For this project, the Petrone Sgaramella Architetti studio selected two different custom collections by Cotto d’Este, chosen to meet both aesthetic and functional needs.
The first collection features large-format slabs (100x300 cm) with a thickness of 5.5 mm, used to clad both the interior and exterior walls, covering a total of 300 sqm. Warm, textured finishes combined with iconic furnishings create a refined and comfortable atmosphere. The collection reproduces the most beautiful limestone from Asia Minor, Limestone Antalya. Perfect in every detail, it stands out from any other cladding thanks to the quality of its finishes and meticulous attention to detail.
In addition, to meet the project’s focus on sustainability and energy efficiency, the thin Kerlite slabs with a thickness of 5.5 mm are inherently sustainable and 100% CO₂ offset thanks to the THINk ZERO initiative, which compensates emissions across the entire product life cycle.
The second custom collection was used to clad the benches under the patio, demonstrating the versatility of ultra-thin porcelain stoneware inspired by some of the finest marbles found in nature.
