Promoted as the most environmentally-friendly home in Italy, the Casa Monica residence is the first project to obtain PLATINUM level with 89 points out of 110 according to the GBC HOME 2011 protocol and represents a fine example of sustainability.

PRODUCT USED

The certification was also attained thanks to the choice of materials: the ground floor used 100x300 cm Ash-coloured Kerlite MATERICA 5Plus tiles. And compared with many other tile materials, Kerlite uses less raw materials, less water, less energy and produces lower CO2 emissions.
