In developing the project, WJNO studio paid particular attention to the choice of materials, selecting solutions capable of meeting both a refined, minimalist aesthetic and specific design requirements. Among these, Limestone by Cotto d’Este stands out, a collection that offers an elegant and contemporary interpretation of the beauty of stone, with refined veining and delicate shades.
In particular, the Limestone collection in Kerlite 5plus, in the delicate Clay shade with Natural finish, was chosen for the cladding of the furniture: large 300 x 100 cm slabs, only 5.5 mm thick, which, thanks to their versatility, flexibility and strength, become a perfect ceramic second skin, enhancing the surfaces to which they are applied and blending harmoniously into the living area.
The large ultra-thin Kerlite slabs are one of Cotto d’Este’s flagship products and the result of exclusive technology that combines reduced thickness, lightness, high technical performance and outstanding application versatility.
Functionality is also enhanced by PROTECT® technology, which provides the surfaces with an integrated silver-ion antibacterial shield capable of eliminating 99% of bacteria and helping to keep interiors cleaner and better protected.
