Cotto d’Este and Panariagroup at the Landscape Festival in Bergamo

To showcase the ultra-thin ceramic slabs, a versatile and resistant material that embodies advanced technology and continuous design research, an installation was created for an important event such as the Landscape Festival, under the porticoes of the Angelo Mai Civic Library in Piazza Vecchia. The project draws inspiration from organic architecture, where human intervention interacts harmoniously with the surrounding environment: a tunnel with defined, dynamic geometries invites visitors to explore ceramic material in its essence, highlighting its aesthetic, expressive and design qualities. A series of large porcelain stoneware vases evoke architectural forms and buildings, while tillandsia plants emerging from the containers introduce a living, natural element into the installation. The space thus becomes a place to pause, observe and enjoy an experience designed on a human scale.
